Men’s Bible Study

Join us every 1st and 3rd Monday of the month starting with dinner and followed by the study. We are meeting on Monday, June 16th at 6 PM.

Our men's one step ministry is meeting every Thursday at 7 PM.
Our women's walking in freedom ministry is meeting every 1st and 3rd Thursday at 7 PM.

Youth Night

You’re invited to Youth Fellowship Night on Friday, June 20th at 6 PM. It will be an evening packed with good vibes, delicious free food, live music, and exciting games! Come hang out, make new friends, and enjoy a night to remember. All youth are welcome—see you there!

Young Adults

We will be meeting on Friday, June 20th at 7 PM. Please join us if you are between the ages of 17 to 29 for a time to connect with on another, worship together and dive into The Word.

Married and Engaged

Our next Married and Engaged event is on Saturday, June 21st at 5 PM. It will be a potluck hosted in the Takamine home in Whittier. If you are interested in joining, please sign up at the welcome table with a dish you'd like to bring.

Outreach in the Park

Join us as we invite our community to come to our church on Friday, June 20th at 6 PM at the Monrovia Library Park. We usually meet on the 3rd Saturday of the month but due to the Monrovia Days, we are postponing it to the next week.

Bible Ministry School

A new quarter of Bible Ministry School starts June 10th at 7:00 pm. We are offering a new class, Financial Peace, which starts at 7 PM. The cost is $80 for the first 9 sign ups and $100 thereafter. The other two classes, Doctrine 2 and Bible Study Principles 2 are $75 per class. Scan the QR code at the welcome table if you are interested.

Baptisms

Baptisms are coming up on Sunday, June 22nd at 5 PM. If you would like to get baptized, sign up at the welcome table. The address is 1632 Royal Oaks Dr, Duarte 91010. There will be a baptism class at the location at 4:30 PM.

Calvary Solid Ground Academy Summer Program

Our Academy will be offering our very first Summer Program for 2nd - 6th Grade. The cost is $600 for six weeks, 10% off for any additional siblings. The program begins July 7th - August 21st with a break the week of 7/21 for VBS. We will meet Monday - Thursday from 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM. Register HERE!

Grounded V

Grounded is back for another year. Join us this summer as we offer young people biblical morals to counter the ideals of today's secular society. It is a ministry that "grounds" students in the Good News of Jesus Christ! They will meet Tuesdays from 9 AM - 12 PM on June 17, 24 and July 1, 8. This is open for students 4th -12th grade and the cost is $30 per family which is due on the June 17th. Sign up at the welcome table or text the number on the flyer.

Summer Music Class

We are offer Summer Music Classes after Grounded V. It will be on Tuesdays from 12:00 - 2:00 PM on June 17, 24 and July 1, 8. This is for children 4th grade and up and adults - they are offering drums, ukelele, guitar and keys. The cost is $10 per family for Grounded students and $20 for non-Grounded students.

VBS

Join us for Vacation Bible School on July 23-25 from 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM. If you would like to serve, sign up at the welcome table. Student registration is now open and will be open until July 13th. Men's Retreat

Sign ups are now live for our upcoming Men's Retreat on September 19-21. The cost is $240 if you sign up before July 20th, which will go up to $265 after that date. Sign up through this link - https://form.jotform.com/CCLM_Services/mensretreat-2025

Guadalajara Mission Trip

We will have a Guadalajara Mission Trip on July 21-31. The cost is approximately $1350 per person and make sure to have your passports ready. If you are interested in joining, please sign up at the welcome table. A $600 payment is due no later than June 1st and full payments are due July 6th.

Shuttle Service + New Parking Lot

We want to remind everyone that we have our shuttle service available during 2nd and 3rd service for those. We also have a new parking lot available that we can now utilize, it is located along Myrtle, south of Midas. There will be an usher there who will direct traffic in and out of the lot. We encourage servants or those who are able to utilize this parking lot and leave the convenient parking spaces for those who might need it.
